When Jetco Delivery employee Chaun Bush first arrived at the trucking company three years ago as a driver, it was clear to him that his new workplace was something different.

New employees aren’t used to the culture of “if you see something, say something,” Bush said. As he teaches new drivers in his new role as a driver trainer, he gently reinforces that safety-first rule. It’s equally as important to him to reinforce the average worker’s ability to speak up.
